Instructor Led Training has long been held as the gold standard in commercial I.T training.
But have you ever wondered why these courses are so overly intensive? So much information crammed into such a short time period. Sure you learn a great deal from the intensive format but you also miss a great deal and forget a great deal. No other educational establishiments run such technicial courses in such an intensive fashion. Schools, Colleages and Universities all spread their courses over time to allow their students to absorb and consolidate the material.
The problem for commecial I.T training providers is that their delegates and trainers often have to travel to the venue and staff have to setup the classrooms and configure the computers. If they did not run their courses over a limited number of contiguous days the delegates and trainers might have to travel back and forth over long distances and the training rooms would have to be reconfigured serveral times. That would not be practical for most training companies or the delegates attending their courses.
With our Instructor Led Training courses, no traveling is required nor are there any physical classrooms to be reconfigured. Consequently we can schedule our courses to run over a longer time period; typically scheduling one training day per week. This format hugely increases the available absorbtion and consolidation time and leads to a corresponding increase in knowledge uptake, retension and skills acquisition.
We initially developed this training format for our weekend courses but it proved so effective we immediately adopted it for our standard weekday courses. So now we offer the best of both worlds: a weekday course delivered by our Expert (UK) Instructors scheduled solely to maximize learning.
